The 2012 Varsity Shield Final between FNB CUT and FNB Wits at 5pm on Monday is a repeat of last year's final with one main difference; the Ixias will be playing at their home ground at Bloemfontein's CUT Stadium.

The reigning FNB Varsity Shield rugby champions, FNB CUT, have just one objective in Monday's match against FNB Fort Hare at Alice's Davidson Rugby Stadium and that is a bonus point win.
