Leading the log and suffering no defeats thus far, Steinhoff Cobras are looking strong favourites to go all the way this year. There are only two league games left to be played, and this week they look to get passed a Steinhoff CVU Vikings that haven’t done too well this season.

Steinhoff Nadoes find themselves taking on Steinhoff Saints in what seems an easy win on paper as they continue their efforts to keep pace with Steinhoff Cobras.

Steinhoff Ubombo will be hoping to capitalize on Steinhoff Smuts’ defeat last week as they find themselves fighting for fourth place as they face off against Steinhoff Knights in one of the late fixtures of the day.

Steinhoff Smuts will be looking to bounce back and dig right in in the race for fourth position as they face a struggling Steinhoff Kopano side, while Steinhoff Turtles take on Steinhoff Ikhaya and Steinhoff Cats take on Steinhoff Leo Marquard in the early fixtures of the day.

The teams will get a week off as the University of Cape Town closes for its mid-term break, with the last match day before the semi-finals taking place on the 7th of September. With all teams looking to finish this term and this season strongly, one thing that’s for sure is that we can expect good rugby all ‘round.
