After winning the competition last season, Steinhoff Nadoes have looked second favourites for this year’s cup. They now face Steinhoff Turtles in a repeat of last week’s fixture, and after losing last time out, they will be looking to prove that they still have what it takes to go all the way.
Steinhoff Ubombo, who clinched fourth position on the last day, will have to pull out all the stops if they are to beat Steinhoff Cobras, who have been the frontrunners this season and don’t look like slowing down any time soon.
Fifth placed Steinhoff Smuts are set to face Steinhoff Cats, and the winner of that game will face the winner of the match between Steinhoff Ikhaya and Steinhoff Knights in the Plate Final.
In the Bowl semi-final, Steinhoff CVU Vikings will be feeling confident ahead of their game with Steinhoff Saints while Steinhoff Kopano and Steinhoff Leo Marquard clash for a spot in the final.
It will be interesting to see if anyone will be able to knock Steinhoff Cobras off their perch, whether or not Steinhoff Smuts will dominate the Plate finals or whether or not Steinhoff Saints will pick up their first win of the season.
